It's as easy as...

... opening a Redbubble shop.

A few weeks agao I came across Redbubble for the first time- you can upload your art and pictures and sell them via the website as cards, pictures, t-shirts, phone cases etc. You set your price and they add their commission- easy peasy.

So today I've been playing with pictures of cards I'd made and added some digital backgrounds to them.

You can visit the shop here It still needs a bit of work but it's a start and I've got soem ideas for some other designs too :)

What Do You Call a One Eyed Dinosaur?

Do-you-think-he-saurus!! (hahahaha...)

Ok so three posts in one day! I have just enrolled on an online art course through Coursera- they deliver free online courses in lots of different subjects from lots of different institutions, and I though I would have a go at the art one.

Anyway, I had to submit a pice today as an introduction to myself and my "art". I have to admit I half cheated as this was already half made but I enrolled late and would probably have made something along these lines anyway...

7 Shades of....

.... Green.

So it has been quite a long time since I have posted anything on here really. (apart from the last post of discovered pictures from Easter that is)

I haven't really made that much over the last few months. But an on-going project I started in March has been completed- Tetris blanket. I've always been a bit of a Tetris addict and so decided to make myself a blanket using crocheted granny squares....

The first 8 squares arranged in Tetraminoe fashion

All the green square arranged in the final pattern.

The final blanket finished.

Drafty...

... Discoveries.

I've just come across this draft of a post. I say draft but in fact it is just 4 pictures of a couple of wire bugs I made over Easter I think. I know I made them when I was on holiday from school and the last holiday was Easter. Anyway I hope you like them....

Crafty Boxes and....

.... Tumble Weeds.

Things have been a bit quiet on the crafting front over here since I went back to work 2 weeks ago. I made 2 more wire trees and a crochet house plant though.

I did get my Crafty Creative box 8 in the post a few weeks ago but haven't had time to use any of the goodies yet :o( It was a spots and stripes theme and had soem gems inside :o)

I have a stall coming up at the Bristol Seed Swap March 16th- follow this link (here) to read more about it on Facebook. If you're in Bristol come along with or without seeds, there'll be some crafts, some food, some talks, some seeds and lots of other stuff to do. Most of my craft time will be making a few bits to take along there over the next 2 weeks- watch this space for pics!

For now here are a couple more wire trees and the house plant...

Silver....

... Fox.

Busy day at work today (ahem) There were no kids at school today, so our department spent the day doing some admin and when it was done I killed time by turning the tinfoil from my lunch into a fox...

You will need;

Some Tinfoil and an imagination!
